Tavsif

  • Drive sales performance across the assigned territory.
  • Achieve sales targets and growth-product quotas through demand-generation activities.
  • Introduce new products and services while developing equipment leads.
  • Apply solution-selling techniques, technical knowledge, veterinary practice expertise, and customer-value principles.
  • Build and sustain relationships with selected veterinary hospitals and staff.
  • Comply with Zoetis promotional standards and guidelines.
  • Create and implement territory business plans, including resource allocation.
  • Meet field-activity requirements through sales calls and support for medical education programs.
  • Plan and execute call cycles at both account and veterinarian levels.
  • Partner with Zoetis Petcare colleagues while upholding standards for integrity, compliance, administration, communication, and teamwork.
  • Oversee assigned expense budgets and apply analytics and insights to guide decisions.
  • Travel throughout the territory and work occasional evenings for educational programs.

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent undergraduate qualification.
  • Three to ten years of documented success in consultative sales.
  • A track record of identifying creative opportunities or solving problems to improve sales performance.
  • Experience in animal health and knowledge of small-animal veterinary medicine.
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
  • Sound judgment and the ability to make thoughtful, fair decisions using relevant information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, plus the ability to learn Zoetis systems.
  • Capability to manage assigned expense budgets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Willingness and ability to travel and work occasional evenings as required.
  • Applicants must have or obtain authorization to work in the United States for Zoetis.
