Remote Patient Billing Representative at TEKsystems

- Help patients with billing, explanations of benefits, deductibles, Medicare, and insurance inquiries
- Investigate patient accounts and resolve routine billing concerns
- Maintain accurate insurance information
- Manage high-volume calls while delivering empathetic customer support
- Contribute to a major Epic transition
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least three years of experience in healthcare billing or customer service
- At least three years of Epic experience in revenue cycle or business office operations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
