- Generate new business through prospecting, cold calls, email outreach, and virtual meetings
- Develop relationships with small and midsized businesses nationwide
- Identify hiring challenges and recommend suitable recruitment marketing solutions
- Sell SEO, SEM, social media, OTT/CTV, display advertising, and related solutions
- Manage accounts by closing new business, upselling, and re-engaging former clients
- Maintain a sales pipeline while pursuing revenue targets
- Work with Client Success Managers to launch, support, and improve recruitment campaigns
- Provide a positive client experience from the first conversation through the ongoing partnership
- Use Salesforce to record activity, opportunities, pipeline data, and performance
- Meet and exceed sales and activity targets consistently

- Bachelor’s degree or at least two years of inside sales experience; B2B sales experience is preferred
- Demonstrated ability in prospecting and cold calling
- Ability to identify client needs and recommend consultative, solution-oriented offerings
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing abilities
- Willingness to pursue sales targets in a performance-focused environment
- Digital marketing or recruitment experience is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform
