  • Lead the engineering team responsible for building Scout.
  • Create and update Excel financial models using Daloopa’s audit-ready, hyperlinked data.
  • Stay hands-on with development, including rapid prototyping with AI coding tools.
  • Guide technical decisions through design and code reviews.
  • Establish and maintain standards for delivery, code quality, and operational readiness.
  • Deliver and run reliable ML and LLM products for clients.
  • Manage the product roadmap with Product and other cross-functional partners.
  • Balance scope, quality, and delivery timelines.
  • Strengthen engineering practices across teams through incident reviews, standards, tools, and knowledge sharing.
  • Develop trusted working relationships with Engineering, Product, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and clients.
  • Recruit, support, and retain strong engineers.
  • Build teams grounded in health, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Be comfortable speaking with analysts who use the products you ship.
  • Experience with financial data products or pipelines is preferred.
  • Experience building products within existing user tools, such as Excel or Office add-ins, is preferred.
