- Manage clinical recruitment from role briefing to offer, ensuring a strong candidate experience.
- Develop sourcing strategies and maintain clinical talent pipelines across specialties.
- Work with clinical hiring managers to align role specifications with clinical and regulatory requirements.
- Create onboarding experiences with the People team.
- Promote diversity, equity and inclusion throughout recruitment.
- Strengthen the employer brand and represent Mosh in the talent market.
- Attract and hire nurses and doctors to grow the clinical team.

- Bring 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare, clinical or allied health hiring, in an agency or in-house setting.
- Understand clinical registration and compliance requirements, or be ready to learn them quickly.
- Manage a high volume of candidates and requisitions while maintaining close attention to detail.
- Know sourcing methods, talent mapping and pipeline development.
- Have experience with, or proficiency in, a talent acquisition system (TAS) and hiring metrics.
- Be able to work across Australia.
