- Lead the engineering team responsible for building Scout.
- Create and update Excel financial models using Daloopa’s audit-ready, hyperlinked data.
- Stay hands-on with development, including rapid prototyping with AI coding tools.
- Guide technical decisions through design and code reviews.
- Establish and maintain standards for delivery, code quality, and operational readiness.
- Deliver and run reliable ML and LLM products for clients.
- Manage the product roadmap with Product and other cross-functional partners.
- Balance scope, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Strengthen engineering practices across teams through incident reviews, standards, tools, and knowledge sharing.
