Quality and Compliance Analyst - Seattle Hybrid
Quality and Compliance Analyst responsible for audits, corrective and performance improvement plans, HIPAA investigations, and regulatory compliance. Supports PACE and Assisted Living quality programs at a Seattle community health center.
विवरण
- Help develop, maintain, and oversee the daily Quality and Compliance Program for the Healthy Aging and Wellness Program, including PACE and Assisted Living
- Drive audit-readiness efforts
- Coordinate internal and external quality and compliance audits
- Create, coordinate, track, and monitor corrective action plans and performance improvement plans
- Advise the Quality and Compliance Officer on CAP and PIP approval, effectiveness, and closure
- Help develop and maintain HIPAA and privacy policies
- Lead HIPAA and privacy case investigations
- Oversee fraud, waste, and abuse reporting and exclusion screening
- Monitor contracts
- Support the PACE Quality Improvement Committee and Assisted Living Quality Assurance Committee
- Collect community input on ethical decision-making and end-of-life matters as required by 42 CFR §460.138
- Coordinate and facilitate Quality of Care communications and Root Cause Analysis meetings with contracted providers
- Verify compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations, organizational policies and procedures, and employment laws and regulations
- Act as the primary liaison among Quality, Compliance, and Operations for related projects
- Coordinate with leaders throughout the organization
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Nursing, Public Health, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is required
- Four years of relevant professional experience may replace the required degree
- Three to five years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare compliance, auditing, quality improvement, regulatory affairs, risk management, healthcare operations, or a related area is required
- Demonstrated experience with audits, investigations, risk assessments, corrective action planning, monitoring, and data analysis is required
- Experience with healthcare regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid, is preferred
- Experience in PACE, managed care, long-term care, senior services, or another healthcare environment is preferred
- Familiarity with CMS audits, healthcare compliance programs, quality improvement initiatives, or interdisciplinary care models is preferred
- Certifications such as CHC, CHPC, CHRC, and/or CPHQ are preferred
- Effective communication, initiative, and collaborative teamwork are required
