Palm Lake Care is seeking a part-time Administration Officer for its aged care community in Little Mountain, Australia. The role covers reception, rostering, HR administration, invoicing and resident-facing operations.

- Deliver clerical and reception support to the Service Manager
- Coordinate staff rosters and arrange timely shift replacements
- Manage visitor sign-ins and keep records accurate
- Operate the front desk and respond to general enquiries
- Assist with HR administration, including onboarding and exit paperwork
- Support invoicing, banking and other financial administration
- Organise staff uniform orders
- Build professional relationships with residents, employees and external stakeholders
- Protect confidential information and follow workplace policies and procedures
- Help maintain efficient daily operations within the aged care residence
आवश्यकताएँ
- Previous administrative experience; aged care experience is desirable
- Current National Police Clearance
- Strong administrative capability and careful adherence to internal systems and procedures
- High computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and rostering software
- Effective time management with the ability to work independently across competing priorities and deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Valid national police check
- Successful completion of a pre-employment medical assessment
