- Operate cloud-based systems and collaborate with network administrators
- Create and manage administrator and service accounts
- Keep cloud infrastructure records and tenant inventories current
- Optimize system performance
- Deploy system-wide software and provision large-scale storage
- Handle major events involving virtual machine and storage deployment
- Resolve critical software and system outages
- Design and deliver technical solutions that improve automation, efficiency, and scalability
- Build and refine tools, reports, and processes for monitoring cloud environment health
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least four years of relevant experience supporting enterprise cloud or infrastructure environments
- IAT-2 certification
- At least one cloud certification
- Active Secret clearance or higher
- Experience working in regulated environments
- Experience applying secure engineering and documentation practices
- Experience supporting DoD or IC programs and mission systems is preferred
