Mid-Level Azure Cloud Administrator

Support secure Azure cloud infrastructure and enterprise systems for federal customers at AIS. Automate operations, monitor platform health, and troubleshoot scalable cloud environments.

Description

  • Operate cloud-based systems and collaborate with network administrators
  • Create and manage administrator and service accounts
  • Keep cloud infrastructure records and tenant inventories current
  • Optimize system performance
  • Deploy system-wide software and provision large-scale storage
  • Handle major events involving virtual machine and storage deployment
  • Resolve critical software and system outages
  • Design and deliver technical solutions that improve automation, efficiency, and scalability
  • Build and refine tools, reports, and processes for monitoring cloud environment health

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least four years of relevant experience supporting enterprise cloud or infrastructure environments
  • IAT-2 certification
  • At least one cloud certification
  • Active Secret clearance or higher
  • Experience working in regulated environments
  • Experience applying secure engineering and documentation practices
  • Experience supporting DoD or IC programs and mission systems is preferred
