- Manage the website and magazine by improving articles, creating landing pages, expanding FAQs and applying SEO recommendations.
- Work independently in WordPress and set priorities.
- Plan the newsletter calendar, produce and send newsletters, and assess their performance.
- Coordinate newsletter content with the Team Lead and manage day-to-day execution.
- Run webinars from invitations and registration pages through content reuse and follow-up.
- Gradually assume responsibility for coordinating with partners.
- Track content performance in Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Create custom dashboards and use their findings to guide on-page improvements.
- Manage organic social channels, including Instagram and the company LinkedIn page, with the Team Lead.
- Plan topics, write posts, create assets and publish consistently.
- Develop ad creatives in coordination with Performance Marketing.
- Maintain Canva templates and design components for Sales, Support and Product.
- Report to the Team Lead for brand, product communications and events.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bring three to five years of experience in online marketing or content.
- Have experience with newsletter platforms such as Mailchimp or Brevo, including setting up automations.
- Use WordPress confidently to create posts and pages, configure metadata and maintain a well-organized site structure.
- Know SEO fundamentals and have used tools such as SISTRIX.
- Be able to interpret Search Console and Google Analytics data and build dashboards.
- SQL is not required, but a strong interest in numbers and data is essential.
- Plan work systematically and maintain a dependable publishing schedule.
- Use AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT confidently in day-to-day work, with a systematic approach.
- Be self-directed, prioritize effectively and keep multiple topics on track.
- Be fluent in written and spoken German at C2 level.
- Preferred: Confidently use Instagram, LinkedIn or YouTube.
- Preferred: Have Canva experience and a strong eye for appealing design.
- Preferred: Have experience with B2B software or the real estate sector.
