Lead ICM Data and Business Analyst
Lead global analytics and reporting support for Stryker’s ICM platforms, serving stakeholders across more than 100 countries. Work with Power BI, Salesforce, CSOD, SQL, data quality, and automation tools.

- Provide analytics and platform support across more than 100 countries
- Maintain critical operational activities throughout a maternity leave cover period
- Uphold data quality standards and support business stakeholders
- Work with IT to build, test, and deploy reporting infrastructure
- Maintain reports and dashboards built with BI tools and databases
- Contribute to system implementations and release activities
- Work with Shared Service Teams on platform upgrades and improvements
- Meet ticket service-level agreements and identify ways to improve processes
- Train and assist end users with systems and reporting tools
- Track and follow up on monthly open actions and reporting
- Coordinate ICM meeting schedules and stakeholder communications
- Create and maintain ad hoc Power BI reports and dashboards using SFDC data
- Administer CSOD accounts, assist users, and resolve issues
- Check and validate manual agent records before system uploads
- Prepare and upload monthly data files to the Power BI reporting environment
- Conduct ad hoc analysis using Excel and Power BI
- Track Azure DevOps issues, status updates, and progress
- Support data quality initiatives and operational reporting processes
- Build and maintain ICM automation solutions with Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, and Power Apps
आवश्यकताएँ
- Hold a degree
- Have at least four years of experience as an analyst or in a similar role
- Bring strong data modeling skills and technical expertise
- Have experience with Salesforce (SFDC)
- Have experience with Power BI (PBI)
- Have experience with Cornerstone LMS (CSOD)
- Know SQL
- Have experience with AI, Power Automate, and Power Apps
- Have experience with IT solutions
- Be available to work in the United Kingdom or Ireland
- Be able to work in a hybrid or on-site arrangement
- Be willing to travel up to 10%
