- Support and advance the Gross to Net Trend function as a core part of forecasting and pricing

- Contribute to the monthly Gross to Net process by delivering timely analysis for pricing recommendations
- Work with Finance, Underwriting, Product, Network, Contracting, Sales, and market leadership teams
- Apply actuarial expertise to financial performance, forecasts, budgets, rate actions, filings, and strategic initiatives
- Explain complex actuarial findings and pricing implications to technical and non-technical audiences
- Build and strengthen trend analytics, documentation, and governance practices
- Lead enhancements to trend methods, tools, and team knowledge
- Advise senior leaders on trend drivers, pricing recommendations, risks, and tradeoffs
- Track industry, competitive, regulatory, and macroeconomic developments
- Prepare and present complex, high-profile actuarial work while owning final deliverables
- Review work independently for accuracy, identify business risks, and develop recommendations
- Lead or support departmental projects and process improvements, including automation and operational enhancements
- Identify development needs and recommend, create, and deliver training solutions
- Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to less experienced actuarial professionals
- Potentially manage up to two actuarial professionals
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree and more than five years of actuarial experience
- ASA (Associate of the Society of Actuaries) designation
- Bachelor’s degree required
- FSA (Fellow of the Society of Actuaries) designation or active progress toward FSA preferred
- Ability to perform effectively in a continually changing environment with competing priorities and deadlines
- Ability to work with key stakeholders to develop recommendations and courses of action
- Ability to issue an Actuarial Communication under the Actuarial Standards of Practice
- Advanced quantitative techniques and analytical methodologies
- Strong understanding of actuarial principles and business operations
