- Develop engagement activities for volunteers, friends, and service partners across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand
- Coordinate operational communications, including newsletters and urgent updates during crises
- Collaborate with internal teams to share local stories while keeping Orange Sky’s mission and values at the centre
- Write communications for major projects, service launches, and awareness events
- Apply Orange Sky’s brand identity and tone of voice across campaigns and communications
- Administer communication platforms, including Campaign Monitor
- Maintain communication data, follow best practices, and prepare reports
- Protect brand integrity and contribute to improving communication processes
- Provide administrative assistance to support smooth operations
- Report to the Marketing and Communications Specialist
आवश्यकताएँ
- One to two years of marketing or communications experience, or a relevant Business, Marketing, Communications, or Journalism degree for a first post-university role
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to adjust tone for different audiences and strategic objectives
- Experience engaging diverse stakeholders, including volunteers, service partners, and friends
- Familiarity with email marketing, project management, and design tools such as Canva
- Confidence writing communications for varied channels and situations
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork
- Genuine energy, empathy, and commitment to Orange Sky’s mission
- Receptiveness to feedback and enthusiasm for learning
- Not-for-profit experience is helpful but not required
- Willingness to complete a standard background and criminal record check before starting
