- Extract, process, and analyze streaming, digital consumption, and music market data
- Conduct market and consumer behavior studies to identify trends and opportunities
- Analyze artist, catalog, platform, and audience performance for Growth Analytics initiatives
- Create reports, dashboards, and executive presentations with strategic insights and performance indicators
- Contribute to the development, maintenance, and improvement of databases and analytical processes
- Support automation, data integration, and ongoing process improvement efforts
- Work with Sony Music BI and Analytics teams across countries to share knowledge, align processes, and track global projects
आवश्यकताएँ
- Analytical, organized, and results-focused approach to work
- Curiosity about data, technology, consumer behavior, and the entertainment industry
- Ability to translate data into business insights and recommendations
- Strong communication skills; experience creating executive presentations is a plus
- Intermediate English proficiency is a plus
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of ad hoc analysis, market research, and insight generation
- Intermediate SQL skills
- Intermediate proficiency with Power BI and Tableau
- Basic knowledge of ETL, data processing, data cleansing, data maintenance, workflow creation, and task automation
- Basic knowledge of APIs or web scraping with Python, R, or Alteryx
- Intermediate Excel skills
