Institutional Crypto Sales Director — London Hybrid
Lead institutional crypto counterparty acquisition and revenue growth for p(X)’s digital asset liquidity business. Manage the sales journey from prospecting through onboarding and activation.

- Identify, present to, and close new counterparties, including retail brokers, fintechs, funds, and neobanks
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and negotiation through onboarding and activation
- Grow the trading-counterparty network and product offering throughout 2027
- Develop and sustain long-term strategic counterparty relationships
- Achieve or exceed defined sales and activation goals
- Work closely with Trading on onboarding, pricing, connectivity, and workflow enhancements
- Evaluate market opportunities, monitor pipeline progress, and deliver clear sales reports
- Lead counterparty acquisition, onboarding, and revenue expansion for p(X)’s aggregated institutional-grade digital asset liquidity business
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bring 7–10+ years of institutional trading sales experience with demonstrated revenue ownership
- Demonstrate institutional capital markets expertise and a record of sales success
- Have an established crypto network or proven experience growing a book of business in the ecosystem
- Be highly motivated and target-focused, with consistent success meeting or surpassing goals
- Communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and through presentations
- Use data to prioritize work and guide decisions
- Show urgency and entrepreneurial initiative while working independently
- Be located where the position is advertised
- Be legally authorized to work in the country where the role is based
