Guide healthcare analytics teams in shaping data strategy and delivering data assets. Coordinate stakeholder escalations and support database applications, including VSAM file operations.

- Support Divisional Analytics Teams (DATs) as their primary point of contact
- Help DATs define and carry out data strategies based on business needs
- Coordinate the development and delivery of data assets
- Handle business stakeholder issues and escalations as the single point of contact
- Maintain and support database-related applications
- Administer VSAM files, including design, recovery, tuning, testing, and disaster recovery support

- Meet one of these experience paths: a bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of IT experience; a technical certification and/or college coursework plus 6 years of IT experience; or 8 years of IT experience
- Know application configuration
- Know big data analytics platforms, including HAVeN, Hadoop, Autonomy, and Vertica
- Know cloud computing and SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS technologies
- Know integration technologies, including Tibco, Informatica, and CAS
- Know mobile technologies, including PhoneGap, iOS, Android, Java, and HTML5
- Know scripting languages, including Bash, Perl, Python, and Ruby
- Know service-oriented architecture and SOAP and REST
- Know web technologies, including HTML, CSS, Java, ASP.NET, PHP, Ruby, and C#
- Have rapid prototyping skills
- Be able to define and manage requirements
- Know SDLC methods, including Agile, Scrum, and iterative development
- Know system performance management
- Have strong spoken and written communication skills
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related information technology field
- Preferred: VSAM file administration and management, including backup and restore, forward recovery, conversions, reorganizations, free-space tuning, naming conventions, special loads and reports or extracts, logstream management, copybook creation and change management, disaster recovery support, data flow and file design, test database creation, production file test copies, record fixes, batch tuning, CICS memory and topology, and CICS VR administration
- Experience supporting and maintaining database-related applications, including Blue Chip Term Up (GTUP), Terminal Operator File (GTOF), record locking, EAIN, Key Range Verify, SDO authorization reports, and audit requests and reports
