Inside Sales Specialist - Avnet Abacus, Poing Hybrid
Manage quotations, orders, customer relationships, and assigned revenue for Avnet Abacus, a pan-European electronics distributor. The role is predominantly remote, with office attendance in Poing twice per week.

- Prepare and follow up on quotations with Account Managers and Product Marketing.
- Set pricing and produce customer quotations.
- Coordinate with manufacturers and Avnet Abacus Procurement and Marketing teams.
- Enter, monitor, and follow up on orders while assessing customer creditworthiness.
- Manage the order backlog, including delivery schedules and pricing updates.
- Implement logistics and framework agreements.
- Resolve customer complaints.
- Track product returns and credit notes.
- Keep customer master data accurate and up to date.
- Direct technical and other customer inquiries to the appropriate resources, including FAEs and service teams.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships.
- Generate sales proactively, primarily by telephone.
- Own revenue and profit performance for assigned customers.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Completed commercial or technical training, ideally supplemented by commercial qualifications.
- Previous inside sales experience is preferred.
- Personable and empathetic sales professional who values direct customer interaction.
- Collaborative team player with strong organization, initiative, creativity, dedication, and resilience.
- Fluent written and spoken German and English.
- Knowledge of negotiation methods is preferred.
- Familiarity with standard PC tools such as MS Office, SAP, and web-based applications is advantageous.
- Very good Excel skills and an interest in using and continuously developing them.
