- Prioritize opportunities, monitor progress, and follow up promptly
- Turn leads into paying customers through effective sales strategies
- Manage accounts and help customers shape their technology strategy
- Partner with leadership and stakeholders to improve processes and grow revenue
आवश्यकताएँ
- Speak German at a native or fluent level
- Have excellent spoken and written English
- Bring either 18–24 months of SDR experience in SaaS or IT services, or 6–12 months of B2B sales experience with a software vendor, SaaS provider, or systems integrator
- Be skilled in prospecting, discovery calls, and presentations
- Take a solution-focused, KPI-driven approach to sales
- Work well with a team and maintain a goal-oriented, performance-focused mindset
- Show a genuine interest in technology
- Be self-motivated, quick-thinking, and able to handle multiple priorities
- Explain technical and business value clearly and concisely
- Present confidently on calls, demos, and pitches
