  • Develop and maintain lasting customer relationships
  • Collaborate with field sales, purchasing, and product management
  • Prepare customer-specific quotations and follow up consistently
  • Help Customer Service Representatives process high-value orders
  • Handle blanket and CA bookings
  • Track blanket orders in the CRM
  • Maintain customer master data
  • Assist controlling with credit-hold and overdue-invoice reports
  • Oversee API requests and resolve escalations

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Sales experience, preferably in an international setting
  • A customer-focused, solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to prioritize tasks independently
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Fluent French for customer relations
