  • Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
  • Work closely with field sales, purchasing, and product management
  • Prepare tailored customer quotations and follow up consistently
  • Help Customer Service Representatives book high-value orders
  • Handle Blanket +CA bookings
  • Track all Blanket orders in the CRM
  • Maintain customer master data
  • Help the controlling team prepare credit-hold and overdue-invoice reports
  • Manage API requests and resolve escalations

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Sales experience, preferably in an international setting
  • A practical, solution-focused approach and dedication to helping customers
  • Strong organization and the ability to set priorities independently
  • Fluent French for customer relationship management
  • Spanish fluency is a strong plus
  • Strong English skills for daily meetings and written communication
  • Confident computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel and remote work tools
