Develop systematic trading research, proprietary datasets, and actionable investment insights for institutional asset managers. Work through Smartkarma’s cloud-based platform to publish research and engage with professional investors.

- Develop actionable trade and investment ideas using statistically validated signals and market judgment
- Research factors, risk premia, and alpha opportunities
- Build event-driven and catalyst frameworks spanning earnings, guidance, corporate actions, index changes, and macroeconomic releases
- Evaluate cross-asset relationships and market regimes, including risk appetite, inflation, interest-rate sensitivity, liquidity, positioning, and flows
- Publish original research and engage in discussions with institutional clients
- Deliver high-touch support to selected institutional clients
- Use Smartkarma’s cloud platform to curate and monetize independent investment research
आवश्यकताएँ
- Experience as a systematic trader or quantitative researcher/analyst
- Expertise in systematic strategies across equities, equity derivatives, and multi-asset products, including listed and OTC options and futures
- Strong research discipline covering signal research, feature engineering, robust multi-horizon backtesting, realistic trading frictions, and clear validation
- Ability to integrate market judgment with statistical learning
- Experience building and maintaining proprietary datasets and models, including data collection, cleaning, normalization, mapping, signal construction, and production pipelines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- At least 8 years of research, trading, or investment experience serving institutional clients
- Demonstrated quantitative results and proprietary work involving datasets, models, tools, and strategy research
- Ability to produce structured, concise, and defensible insights for professional investors
