- Develop and prioritize target accounts in critical infrastructure across France, Belgium, and Romandie
- Connect with security, facilities, and operations leaders through calls, email, LinkedIn, and events
- Lead initial conversations, assess opportunities, and refer qualified prospects for demonstrations
- Draft initial commercial proposals
- Support product demonstrations and progressively lead them independently
- Represent Ascento at security trade shows and industry events
- Maintain accurate, current pipeline records in the CRM
- Share market feedback with product and commercial teams
- Coordinate with the Sales Lead for the assigned markets
- Grow the sales pipeline for robotics and AI security solutions
आवश्यकताएँ
- Speak native-level French and fluent English
- German or another additional language is an advantage
- Bring initial experience in sales, business development, consulting, or a startup
- Be comfortable making phone calls
- Be organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage a pipeline and follow up independently
- Show empathy and strong communication skills
- Understand customer needs
- Have an interest in robotics and technology
- Technical experience is an advantage
- Be willing to travel regularly across France, Belgium, and French-speaking Switzerland for events and customer meetings, and occasionally to Zurich
