- Create personalized, high-touch sales experiences in customers’ homes
- Manage scheduled appointments provided by AT&T
- Present and sell AT&T technology and connectivity services
- Demonstrate products directly for customers
- Assess customers’ Wi-Fi needs
- Explain technology solutions and resolve customer issues
- Negotiate offers, identify upsell opportunities, and close sales
- Build relationships with current customers and engage warm prospects
- Work independently in the field while delivering against sales targets

- At least one year of commission-based or outside sales experience is strongly preferred
- Record of success in commission sales and meeting sales targets
- Ability to apply effective upselling techniques
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to establish rapport quickly
- Valid driver’s license
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Successful completion of background screening, including drug, criminal-history, and motor-vehicle-record checks
