ERP Systems Analyst (NetSuite) - Remote
Support YA Group’s NetSuite environment, integrations, reporting, and data quality in a remote ERP analyst role. Partner with business teams on requirements, testing, administration, and enterprise system improvements.
विवरण
- Help design, configure, optimize, and administer the organization’s ERP environment, with a primary focus on NetSuite and connected enterprise applications
- Connect IT, Finance, Operations, Sales, and other stakeholders by turning business needs into practical system solutions
- Capture and maintain business requirements, workflows, functional specifications, and user stories
- Handle daily NetSuite administration, user requests, troubleshooting, enhancements, releases, and system upkeep
- Build and maintain NetSuite Saved Searches, reports, dashboards, KPIs, data extracts, roles, permissions, workflows, and forms
- Review business and financial information and produce reports with Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools
- Work with developers, consultants, implementation partners, vendors, and internal teams on enhancements, integrations, implementations, upgrades, and related projects
- Contribute to Salesforce-NetSuite integration work and other system-to-system integration efforts
- Support data analysis, validation, migration, reconciliation, master-data quality, system cleanup, and reporting accuracy
- Create and run test scenarios and plans, coordinate user acceptance, integration, and regression testing, and assist with deployment and post-launch validation
- Maintain visibility into requirements, project work, issues, risks, action items, status updates, and follow-ups
- Record business processes, system settings, procedures, release notes, user instructions, training resources, and knowledge-base material
- Train and assist business users with NetSuite reporting, processes, functionality, and enhancements
- Build advanced NetSuite capability and assume ownership of reporting, administration, and business-systems support
- Complete other assigned responsibilities
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, information systems, technology, computer science, or a comparable field, or equivalent professional experience
- At least two years of experience in business analysis, ERP or CRM systems, reporting, financial systems, project coordination, enterprise applications, or a related area
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including PivotTables, lookup functions, formulas, data analysis, and reconciliation
- Background creating reports, dashboards, queries, saved searches, KPIs, data extracts, or other business analytics
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting ability, including investigating issues, identifying root causes, proposing practical solutions, and driving resolution
- Ability to elicit business requirements and communicate clearly with business and technical audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions among Finance, Operations, IT, Sales, vendors, consultants, and end users
- Strong organization and follow-through, including managing competing priorities, monitoring action items, meeting deadlines, and completing activities
- NetSuite experience is preferred; Salesforce or experience with another ERP or CRM platform is also valuable
- Exposure to financial or accounting processes, system implementations, integrations, data migration, user access and security roles, application controls, or testing is beneficial
- Proven willingness and ability to learn new systems and build technical and functional expertise
