- Develop monthly email marketing strategies with account strategists and clients across assigned accounts
- Lead copywriting and content strategy deliverables, including beginning-of-month content calendar planning
- Write campaign content and automated email and SMS messages
- Create landing-page and advertising copy to support customer acquisition
- Analyze performance data and platform insights to sharpen messaging and recommend next steps
- Maintain both speed and quality amid tight deadlines, changing priorities, delayed client feedback, and last-minute revisions
- Plan and manage daily workloads across assigned accounts
- Use independent judgment to plan copy deliverables, guide messaging direction, and formulate recommendations
- Question briefs and strengthen clarity, brand consistency, and campaign performance
- Guide strategists, designers, and clients with clear copy and content recommendations
- Work with account managers, designers, strategists, and other account stakeholders
- Proofread assets for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and compliance with client brand standards
- Maintain organized creative files and content calendars
- Track industry trends, testing methods, and ideas for improving campaign performance
- Partner with the copy team to support department objectives and share insights
- Support client onboarding activities
- Maintain current copywriting and marketing certifications
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least three years of copywriting experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a related discipline
- A strong portfolio featuring email, SMS, landing-page, paid-advertising, and other marketing copy
- Experience creating copy for both customer acquisition and retention
- Excellent editing ability and meticulous attention to detail
- Advanced experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or comparable platforms
- Ability to write effective prompts, assess AI-generated copy critically, and refine it for brand voice, performance, and quality
- Ability to deliver quality work quickly while handling competing priorities
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Strong knowledge of customer psychology and direct-response marketing
- Demonstrated eCommerce experience is required
- Availability during standard business hours, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., in the ET, CT, MT, or PT time zones
- Maintain current copywriting and marketing certifications
