Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist
Improve Treatwell’s salon booking and management platform through experimentation, optimising conversion across 14 European markets, products and languages.
विवरण
- Lead the CRO testing roadmap across web and app, from forming hypotheses and prioritising tests to design, execution and analysis.
- Run and localise experiments across 14 countries and languages, accounting for market behaviour and maintaining statistical rigour.
- Find and address conversion friction in B2C funnels.
- Work with Product and Data teams to prioritise high-impact opportunities.
- Turn test results into practical insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Develop a shared knowledge base of conversion drivers.
- Collaborate with Product, UX and Design, Data, and Performance Marketing.
- Align experimentation priorities with wider growth and commercial goals.
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least 3 years of hands-on conversion rate optimisation experience in the technology sector is required.
- Experience in a business operating across multiple markets, languages and products is preferred.
- Marketplace or SaaS experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, with a record of using data and experiments to challenge assumptions and achieve measurable commercial results.
- Able to prioritise tests strategically and carry them through from planning to execution.
- Highly organised in managing a testing roadmap at scale and across complex operations.
- Resourceful and agile in launching experiments quickly.
- Fluent English is required.
- Knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
