- Analyze customer requirements with sales representatives, including capacity, temperature, and flow rate.
- Size installations and select products against technical specifications.
- Prepare installation quotations using applicable prices and approved discounts.
- Coordinate the creation and naming of items that are not yet available in SAP.
- Assess customer creditworthiness with the credit department.
- Present offers to customers and issue priced proposals.
- Validate purchase orders, review offers, enter information in SAP and the network, and transfer files to the Operations Coordinator.
- Provide technical customer support when issues arise, assisting the Technical Sales Representative.
- Help Account Managers update the CRM through customer follow-up.

- Strong knowledge of refrigeration, air conditioning, air handling, and electrical systems.
- Working proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and air-handling circuits.
- Proficiency with internal quotation tools.
