- Grow the Platform, Sportsbook, and aggregator businesses by bringing in high-potential B2B clients and partners worldwide.
- Proactively approach prospective B2B clients and present SOFTSWISS’s vision, mainly in person and also online.
- Find and develop product opportunities, including new markets, features, and product supply packages.
- Help communicate the product’s benefits and success stories to the wider market.
- Build and convert a strong B2B sales pipeline for the iGaming product portfolio.
- Win new operators and establish SOFTSWISS as a trusted industry partner in Latin America.

- At least three years of experience in business development or sales, with expertise in outbound or account-based sales.
- Expertise in the iGaming industry and experience working with platforms, sportsbooks, and aggregators.
- C1-level fluency in English, Spanish, or Portuguese.
- Strong negotiation and networking skills.
- Well-developed prioritization and time-management skills.
- A good understanding of product development lifecycles and process management.
