Support inbound and outbound sales of sterilization and disinfection indicators for pharmaceutical, healthcare, and dental customers. Manage lead qualification, account support, and opportunity follow-up in a remote role.

- Manage inbound and outbound sales through phone, email, and digital channels
- Qualify new leads and follow up on opportunities generated by marketing and sales
- Close routine sales transactions within established pricing and approval guidelines
- Assist field sales representatives with smaller accounts, lead follow-up, and opportunity coordination
- Build customer relationships that support renewals, repeat purchases, and upselling
- Manage assigned accounts or a limited territory with guidance from senior sales staff
- Escalate complex opportunities to senior inside or field sales representatives
- Build working knowledge of company products, systems, services, and basic contract terms
- Guide customers to online resources, documentation, and internal subject-matter experts
- Keep customer and opportunity records accurate in CRM and sales systems
- Record sales activity and maintain forecast and pipeline updates
- Prepare regular activity reports and help track sales metrics
- Coordinate with marketing, customer service, and operations to support a positive customer experience
- Support Mesa Labs' SDC division, which produces and sells biological and chemical indicators for pharmaceutical, healthcare, and dental industries
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Up to two years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related commercial position
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Capacity to learn technical products and explain their basic value
- Developing sales and negotiation capabilities
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Willingness to learn sales systems and tools
- Ability to use computers and standard office equipment
