- Create engaging mobile experiences that extend Android device capabilities
- Build smooth, stable, enjoyable products
- Take features from design through implementation and launch
- Assess technical tradeoffs and partner with design on user interface and infrastructure practices
- Review code to maintain high quality standards
- Apply AI tools and fast-paced engineering workflows to design and ship scalable services
- Maintain rigorous standards for correctness, security, and production readiness
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- At least two years of post-bachelor’s software development experience, or a master’s degree in a technical field with at least one year of post-graduate development experience, or a relevant PhD
- Professional experience developing Android applications
- Experience building large-scale, customer-facing mobile applications
- Working knowledge of Kotlin, Java, RxJava, Dagger, and related development tools
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work effectively independently
- Proficiency with, or strong aptitude for, using AI tools to improve development workflows
- Sound judgment when reviewing AI-generated code for architectural integrity, performance issues, and security risks
- Ability to learn and apply evolving AI systems and tools
- Availability to work in an office at least four days per week under Snap’s Default Together policy
