- Support the development and maintenance of actuarial models for risk assessment and pricing
- Examine datasets for trends and develop initial insights to support business decisions
- Produce clear, accurate actuarial reports
- Help explain actuarial methods and findings to non-technical audiences
- Work with underwriting, finance, and product development teams
- Contribute to projects involving multiple business functions
- Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards
- Spot opportunities to improve processes and help implement approved changes
- Handle additional responsibilities as assigned
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or a related discipline
- At least six months of actuarial experience
- One or more completed exams toward Associateship in the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS)
- Working knowledge of actuarial methods and techniques
- Strong analytical ability with experience using data to inform decisions
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across departments in a fast-paced environment
- Awareness of regulatory developments and industry trends
- Ongoing eligibility for the Actuarial Student Program and continued progress toward Fellowship are expected for advancement
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
