- Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets

आवश्यकताएँ
- Prior sales experience is strongly preferred
- Comfort with computers and strong organizational skills
- Ability to qualify for and maintain Property & Casualty, Personal Lines, and Life insurance licenses
- High school diploma required; a college degree is preferred
- Successful completion of background, drug, and credit checks
- Ability to achieve or surpass monthly sales targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated approach with a commitment to building a profitable business
