Tavsif

  • Represent BridgePrep Academy as a brand ambassador in local communities
  • Implement field recruitment activities to generate prospective student leads and applications
  • Attend community fairs and deliver presentations at daycares, youth groups, and community organizations
  • Plan cold-calling campaigns and coordinate neighborhood canvassing
  • Follow up with prospective families through phone calls, email, and messaging
  • Respond to family questions, explain application steps, and reconnect with previously uninterested leads
  • Lead in-person and virtual information sessions, campus tours, and family orientations
  • Photograph and record school events for communications channels and brand awareness
  • Complete application verification calls
  • Maintain accurate applicant records and recruitment tracking systems

Talablar

  • Demonstrated strength in interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
  • Ability to establish trust with families from varied backgrounds and community partners
  • Energetic, self-directed approach with the flexibility to learn and perform in a changing field environment
  • Readiness for active field duties involving approximately 45% standing, 30% walking, and 25% sitting
  • Ability to occasionally exert up to 20 pounds of force
  • Successful completion of a Level 2 screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
  • English-Spanish bilingual fluency preferred
  • Experience in community outreach, student recruitment, event coordination, sales, or admissions preferred
