- Represent BridgePrep Academy as a brand ambassador in local communities
- Implement field recruitment activities to generate prospective student leads and applications
- Attend community fairs and deliver presentations at daycares, youth groups, and community organizations
- Plan cold-calling campaigns and coordinate neighborhood canvassing
- Follow up with prospective families through phone calls, email, and messaging
- Respond to family questions, explain application steps, and reconnect with previously uninterested leads
- Lead in-person and virtual information sessions, campus tours, and family orientations
- Photograph and record school events for communications channels and brand awareness
- Complete application verification calls
- Maintain accurate applicant records and recruitment tracking systems

- Demonstrated strength in interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
- Ability to establish trust with families from varied backgrounds and community partners
- Energetic, self-directed approach with the flexibility to learn and perform in a changing field environment
- Readiness for active field duties involving approximately 45% standing, 30% walking, and 25% sitting
- Ability to occasionally exert up to 20 pounds of force
- Successful completion of a Level 2 screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
- English-Spanish bilingual fluency preferred
- Experience in community outreach, student recruitment, event coordination, sales, or admissions preferred
