  • Grow AND Digital’s Platform and AI business.
  • Report to the US CTO.
  • Set and deliver the go-to-market strategy.
  • Build ecosystem partnerships and guide delivery through AND Digital’s club model.
  • Advise CTO, CDO, and CPO stakeholders.
  • Identify client challenges, technology opportunities, and transformation priorities.
  • Create technology strategies that support scale, agility, resilience, and growth.
  • Convert business and technology needs into value-focused Platform and AI solutions.
  • Design modern platforms, cloud-native architectures, application ecosystems, and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Align teams with the technical vision and delivery outcomes.
  • Support business cases, proposals, and pre-sales activities.
  • Provide client-facing leadership across AI and platform architecture, cloud and software engineering, and technology strategy.
  • Lead technology-neutral solution design across AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and modern platforms.
  • Oversee architecture quality and delivery results across multiple engagements.
  • Advance cloud-native engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, automation, MLOps, and engineering practices through coaching and governance.
  • Set standards for architecture, code quality, system design, security, scalability, and operational excellence.
  • Find, qualify, and shape new business opportunities.
  • Work with Client Teams to develop deals, coach colleagues, and influence outcomes.
  • Partner with AWS, Google, and Microsoft on co-selling and co-marketing.
  • Represent AND Digital’s Platform and AI capability in proposals, events, and industry forums.
  • Deliver an expected leveraged revenue impact of approximately $2.5 million or more.
  • Own and refine the Platform and AI proposition, partnerships, and thought leadership.
  • Create reusable frameworks, accelerators, patterns, and intellectual property.
  • Develop training and mentoring programs to expand internal capability.
  • Provide senior oversight, coaching, and technical challenge across engagements.
  • Mentor platform, cloud, software engineering, and AI practitioners across US and nearshore teams.
  • Help establish AND Digital’s US Platform and AI practice.
  • Support US recruitment, onboarding, and capability development.

Talablar

  • At least two years in a recent senior leadership role spanning Platform, Cloud, Software Engineering, AI, or Technology Architecture, or equivalent hands-on client-facing experience ready for advancement.
  • Experience leading teams that deliver platform, cloud, software, or AI solutions to production with measurable results.
  • Strong technical expertise paired with client-facing and commercial judgment.
  • Experience modernizing platforms, engineering organizations, applications, or client workflows through cloud, platform engineering, or AI.
  • Background working with hyperscale clients or consulting firms.
  • Experience conducting architecture reviews, assessing code quality, shaping system design, governing platforms, and overseeing technical delivery.
  • A successful track record in consulting or digital delivery, ideally connecting product and services.
  • Comfort working in fast-moving, outcome-based commercial environments, including fixed-price engagements.
  • Experience coaching, scaling, and enabling geographically distributed teams.
  • Ability to connect technology delivery with business results using metrics or OKRs.
  • Credibility with executives, architects, engineers, product leaders, and delivery teams.
  • Ten to fifteen years in technology or consulting, including at least six years in Platform, Cloud, Software Engineering, Architecture, AI, or related delivery.
  • Demonstrated leadership of enterprise transformation, platform engineering, cloud, software engineering, or AI programs for Fortune 1000 or mid-market clients.
  • Broad technical experience with AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, modern cloud platforms, platform engineering, and software architecture.
  • Strong understanding of current AI technologies and their integration with enterprise platforms and applications.
  • Ability to lead architecture and delivery using AWS services such as Bedrock, SageMaker, EKS, and Lambda while remaining technology-agnostic when appropriate.
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, Kubernetes and containers, observability, automation, platform engineering, and MLOps.
  • Strong commercial and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with both technical and executive audiences.
  • Must live on the East Coast in New York/New Jersey, Atlanta, Charlotte, or South Florida.
