Senior Ramco Payroll Technical Consultant
Lead Ramco Payroll implementations, integrations, and remediation for digital transformation clients. Support delivery from testing and migration through cutover and post-launch care.
Tavsif
- Run workshops to clarify payroll needs, business processes, and current challenges
- Design payroll rules, pay codes, allowances, deductions, leave, retroactive adjustments, and statutory requirements
- Configure Ramco Payroll to approved designs and keep configuration records current
- Assess existing configurations, identify gaps, and deliver agreed improvements
- Specify payroll integrations for employee, time, and absence data, finance outputs, and bank files
- Develop test scenarios, cases, and expected outcomes for routine payroll processing and exceptions
- Perform unit and system tests, assist with integration testing and UAT, and resolve defects
- Assist with parallel payroll runs and reconcile gross-to-net results, statutory outputs, bank files, and finance postings
- Help validate migrated data and support cutover, launch, and hypercare
- Create user guides and transfer knowledge to client payroll and support teams
Talablar
- At least eight years of relevant payroll consulting and implementation experience
- Practical experience delivering Ramco Payroll implementations across functional design, configuration, and testing
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes, calculations, reconciliations, and controls
- Ability to turn complex payroll needs into functional designs and system configurations
- Experience diagnosing payroll discrepancies and fixing configuration or processing issues
- Experience with payroll integrations, data migration, and end-to-end testing
- Strong stakeholder communication, workshop leadership, and documentation abilities
- Able to work independently and with onshore and offshore delivery teams
- Relevant business, accounting, human resources, or information systems qualification, or equivalent practical experience
- Australian payroll implementation experience covering awards, enterprise agreements, PAYG withholding, superannuation, and Single Touch Payroll
- Experience connecting Ramco Payroll with Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HR, Oracle Time and Labour, and Absence Management
- Experience in payroll remediation or recovery programmes
- Relevant Ramco training or certification
