Tavsif

  • Own performance marketing strategy and execution for marquee client accounts
  • Perform rigorous quality assurance to prevent revenue-impacting errors
  • Monitor budget pacing and recommend adjustments when needed
  • Develop proactive strategy recommendations across assigned paid media channels
  • Analyze campaign data and client-specific sources of truth to produce actionable insights
  • Maintain client testing roadmaps and manage experimentation follow-through
  • Apply advanced expertise in attribution, incrementality, contribution analysis, measurement frameworks, MMTs, LRAs, and channel best practices
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Lead strategic discussions on media buying, performance opportunities, and optimization plans
  • Identify and escalate performance risks early
  • Provide strategic leadership across department and account teams
  • Complete new business appraisals as required
  • Coach junior team members through knowledge sharing and team ceremonies
  • Implement recommendations from the Power Circuit solutions roadmap
  • Use AI technologies to improve workflows and business efficiency
  • Incorporate Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem tools and methodologies into daily work

Talablar

  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency
  • Four to five years of digital marketing experience
  • At least three years of agency experience
  • Three to four years of hands-on experience across at least two paid advertising channels
  • Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, or other paid advertising networks
  • Experience with bid optimization, keyword research, ad copywriting, campaign strategy, and campaign optimization
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics
  • Expertise in funnel marketing and the role of paid media within the marketing funnel
  • Ability to derive meaningful insights from marketing data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Self-motivated and strongly driven to succeed
