Tavsif

  • Define the strategic direction for Roo’s brand team
  • Turn business and marketing priorities into brand strategies, campaigns, and creative direction
  • Lead integrated campaigns from audience insight and messaging through planning, execution, measurement, and optimization
  • Strengthen the quality, clarity, creativity, and visual consistency of brand initiatives
  • Apply performance data, audience research, and campaign insights to improve planning and measurement
  • Expand Roo’s presence across social, community, events, content, and emerging channels
  • Build brand programs for veterinary professionals, hospitals, and the wider veterinary community
  • Develop Roo’s brand narrative and oversee thought leadership initiatives
  • Collaborate with PR on earned media, industry opportunities, press angles, and supporting proof points
  • Conduct brand and audience research and turn findings into messaging and storytelling
  • Manage and develop the brand marketing team across brand and content, social and community, and events
  • Direct external partners supporting PR, design, web, advertising, and creative initiatives
  • Work with cross-functional teams on customer programs, launches, and brand activations
  • Build scalable brand systems, templates, and operating practices
  • Use AI and emerging tools to improve research, workflows, content production, reporting, and team efficiency

Talablar

  • Background in brand marketing, integrated marketing, campaign marketing, or a related discipline
  • Track record of leading multichannel marketing programs from strategy through delivery
  • Experience managing and developing teams, including direct reports and external agencies or partners
  • Understanding of how brand influences the complete customer journey
  • Strong storytelling ability, creative judgment, and attention to visual consistency
  • Ability to use research, data, and performance insights to guide strategy and decisions
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Creative curiosity and willingness to test new ideas, formats, channels, and audience approaches
  • Practical interest in applying AI and emerging tools to marketing workflows
  • Experience in veterinary medicine, healthcare, technology, marketplaces, labor platforms, or mission-driven organizations is a plus
