  • Follow up proactively to improve attendance rates
  • Own each lead and coordinate its next steps
  • Keep CRM records accurate and consistently updated
  • Follow established processes and performance KPIs
  • Attend scheduled team meetings, coaching sessions, and call reviews
  • Progress over time from part-time setter to full-time setter and potentially closer

  • Commitment of 20 to 25 hours per week
