Tavsif

  • Lead interactive online data analytics classes using practical examples and professional experience.
  • Run regular virtual drop-in sessions to address learner questions, assignments, applications, and support needs.
  • Assess learner assignments and deliver clear, constructive, actionable feedback.
  • Support the online learner community by answering content questions, sharing resources, and providing real-world examples.
  • Offer one-to-one mentoring for course content and assignment-related challenges as needed.
  • Contribute to selected industry panels alongside facilitators and subject-matter experts.
  • Clarify expectations for workload, project timelines, resources, and learning requirements.
  • Track learner engagement and progress, identifying when additional support is needed.
  • Work with delivery and learner-support colleagues to address progress issues and emerging needs.
  • Review approximately 20 to 50 assignments per course and provide individual learner support as required.

Talablar

  • Professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a closely related data analytics position.
  • Practical command of data analytics concepts and the ability to explain technical topics clearly to learners at different experience levels.
  • Prior experience facilitating, teaching, coaching, training, or mentoring others.
  • Ability to give constructive feedback that strengthens learners’ skills and understanding.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence for engaging and supporting a diverse learner community.
  • Excellent organisation and time management when balancing live facilitation, learner support, and assignment assessment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication for online group sessions and individual learner guidance.
  • Collaborative working style with delivery and learner-support teams.
  • Flexible, practical problem-solving approach that adapts to changing learner needs and course dynamics.
  • Confidence applying real-world data analytics experience and industry examples in a learning setting.
