Oracle Fusion Data Migration Lead – Remote

Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion data migration, including strategy, mapping, controls, cutover, reconciliation, and hypercare. Remote full-time opportunity available across Egypt, India, Lebanon, Bahrain, and Oman.

Tavsif

  • Own the end-to-end migration strategy and maintain the CV.010 Data Migration Pack.
  • Launch data profiling during mobilisation and define migration objects, source systems, data owners, templates, history needs, and acceptance criteria.
  • Establish and secure approval for source-to-target mappings, transformation and defaulting rules, loading methods, sequencing, and reconciliation controls.
  • Manage migration from discovery and profiling through mapping, cleansing, trial cycles, business validation, production loading, reconciliation, and final sign-off.
  • Provide sample data to support early solution validation and CRP activities.
  • Run mock and full-list migration cycles ahead of final UAT and cutover, improving scripts and mappings based on test evidence.
  • Manage migration defects, rejected records, controlled reruns, and dependencies across modules.
  • Confirm that target configuration is stable and master-data ownership decisions are established before dependent loads are baselined.
  • Set the final extraction freeze, production migration sequence, validation checkpoints, and business approval workflow.
  • Prepare reconciliation reports and supporting evidence covering object counts, financial and control values, and exceptions.
  • Coordinate production-data masking in lower environments with the Security and OCI lead.
  • Resolve migration-related data defects and reconciliation issues during hypercare, then complete the final handover documentation.

Talablar

  • At least 10 years of Oracle ERP or Oracle Fusion data migration experience across complex implementations or transformation programs.
  • Hands-on expertise with Oracle Fusion migration tools and methods, including FBDI, HDL, BICC, or equivalent supported Oracle loading and extraction approaches.
  • Demonstrated experience with data discovery and profiling, migration-object inventories, source-to-target mapping, transformation rules, and load specifications.
  • Experience assigning cleansing accountability so business and source owners correct data while the migration team manages templates, rules, defects, and evidence.
  • Experience planning and delivering sample, mock, full-list, and production migration cycles, including controlled reruns.
  • Strong reconciliation skills using object counts, transaction and value totals, exception lists, rejected-record analysis, and formal business approval.
  • Cutover planning experience covering extraction freezes, load sequencing, dependencies, migration windows, validation, rollback or rerun decisions, and sign-off.
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple Oracle Fusion functional workstreams, integrations, security teams, and business data owners.
  • Experience protecting production data in non-production environments through masking or equivalent controls in partnership with Security.
  • Working knowledge of controlled project documentation, particularly CV.010-style Data Migration Packs and migration test or UAT evidence.
