Onboarding Analyst – Business Formation (Remote, Brazil)
Support new clients through company formation onboarding, document validation, and tax-related checks at Contajá. Help ensure accurate processes and a clear, confident client experience.
Tavsif
- Oversee onboarding for new clients.
- Review tax data and assess MEI classification or reclassification.
- Confirm that CNAEs and economic activities align with the applicable tax regime.
- Check and verify company addresses.
- Examine and validate documentation required for company formation.
- Keep client information accurate and complete in internal systems.
- Communicate with clients throughout onboarding, offering guidance and resolving questions.
- Help clients complete onboarding with clarity and confidence.
- Identify and correct errors to maintain onboarding quality and support efficient case submission to the Legalization Department.
Talablar
- Background or working knowledge in reviewing business processes.
- Experience communicating directly with clients.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Intermediate understanding of company formation procedures.
- Intermediate knowledge of tax accounting.
- Familiarity with workflow processes.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
