Tavsif

  • Represent Mondelēz professionally in stores and uphold its standards.
  • Provide excellent service to store teams and shoppers.
  • Visit stores daily according to Mondelēz DSD merchandising standards and photograph displays using DMI.
  • Build relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store staff.
  • Use an iPad and Salesforce to order products and keep shelves and displays stocked.
  • Set up promotional displays and follow plans negotiated by the RTM.
  • Follow daily schedules and priorities established by the RTM.
  • Assist with seasonal sales, product launches, and prominent merchandising events.
  • Share store insights, issues, and opportunities with the RTM and management team.
  • Move products from stockrooms to store floors and shelves, including lifting and bending.
  • Promote Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit, and other Mondelēz snacks in stores.

Talablar

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Hold a valid driver's license issued by your state of residence.
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Bring a positive, professional attitude; be self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Be able to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance to multiple store locations.
  • Be able to work hard in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be able to repeatedly lift, bend, and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Be able to occasionally push and pull more than 50 pounds.
  • Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
  • Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location in Santa Barbara, California.
  • Be available Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed, and able to start at 5 a.m.
