Represent Mondelēz in Santa Barbara-area stores by ordering and stocking Oreo, Ritz, and other snacks, maintaining displays and inventory, and building retailer relationships.
Aprašymas
- Represent Mondelēz professionally in stores and uphold its standards.
- Provide excellent service to store teams and shoppers.
- Visit stores daily according to Mondelēz DSD merchandising standards and photograph displays using DMI.
- Build relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store staff.
- Use an iPad and Salesforce to order products and keep shelves and displays stocked.
- Set up promotional displays and follow plans negotiated by the RTM.
- Follow daily schedules and priorities established by the RTM.
- Assist with seasonal sales, product launches, and prominent merchandising events.
- Share store insights, issues, and opportunities with the RTM and management team.
- Move products from stockrooms to store floors and shelves, including lifting and bending.
- Promote Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit, and other Mondelēz snacks in stores.
Reikalavimai
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Hold a valid driver's license issued by your state of residence.
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Bring a positive, professional attitude; be self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Be able to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance to multiple store locations.
- Be able to work hard in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to repeatedly lift, bend, and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Be able to occasionally push and pull more than 50 pounds.
- Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
- Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location in Santa Barbara, California.
- Be available Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed, and able to start at 5 a.m.
