Inventory Planning and Coordination Manager – Hyderabad Onsite

Manage clinical drug supply planning and depot distribution for Bristol Myers Squibb in Hyderabad. The role focuses on inventory visibility, supply readiness, and reliable delivery of investigational products.

Tavsif

  • Plan clinical drug deliveries to maintain adequate supply for new and ongoing studies
  • Coordinate and track depot shipments so supplies arrive at local depots by the MRB date
  • Direct operational coordination among Logistics, Shipment Execution, Warehouses, and depot providers to support timely inventory movements
  • Track product expiry dates and arrange replacement supply for local depots
  • Identify inventory issues and risks and communicate them to the responsible TSM
  • Own the tracking and prioritization of QP release activities
  • Confirm country and study product approvals for assigned programs and studies during depot planning
  • Support the execution and tracking of approved manual allocations and inventory movements
  • Maintain oversight of inventory movement plans and escalate execution risks or delays
  • Communicate shipment changes to TSMs and advise on drug supply constraints and alternative strategies
  • Coordinate depot deployment of approved Use Date Extensions and track their completion
  • Prepare Product Information Listings and Batch Listing extract files when needed
  • Participate in task forces and lead process improvement initiatives and procedural updates
  • Own operational execution for inventory, distribution coordination, and depot readiness
  • Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and clinical supply chain initiatives as a change agent and operational subject matter expert

Talablar

  • At least 2 years of experience in supply chain or the pharmaceutical industry
  • At least 1 year of global experience in Clinical Development
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered
  • Moderate knowledge of global drug development processes and regulatory requirements for investigational drugs
  • Strong analytical ability and cross-functional negotiation skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Strong knowledge of inventory planning, inventory management, and supply chain functions
  • Moderate knowledge of import and export requirements
  • Strong knowledge of industry technology
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in teams
  • Proactive approach with a strong sense of urgency
  • BA or BS in Science, IT, or Business, preferably focused on IT, digitization, or supply chain
