Tavsif

  • Create a layered, version-controlled BigQuery data model with Dataform
  • Replace ad hoc scheduled queries with governed, reusable, tested models
  • Establish and maintain authoritative definitions for core business metrics
  • Develop automated data tests and continuous integration workflows
  • Document data models, metric definitions, and lineage
  • Collaborate with analysts and business partners to enable dependable self-service reporting
  • Work with IT to support accurate, timely ingestion of raw data
  • Contribute to evaluating and defining the future business intelligence layer
  • Report to the Senior Manager of Data Analytics
  • Build SupplyHouse.com’s production data layer and make trusted data accessible and useful across the organization

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, technical, or related discipline
  • At least two years of experience in data modeling
  • Advanced SQL skills and practical experience developing production data models in a cloud data warehouse
  • Experience with a data transformation framework such as dbt, Dataform, or an equivalent tool
  • Analytics-focused software engineering practices, including Git, testing, code review, and continuous integration
  • Experience with layered or dimensional modeling and a history of producing maintainable, well-documented datasets
  • Current authorization to work full time in the United States
  • Availability Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility across time zones
  • Ability to complete a thorough background check
