Finance Manager, Indonesia (Hybrid)

Lead finance, tax compliance, audits, and reporting for Indonesia and one additional Southeast Asian market. Partner with regional teams and senior leadership on financial risks, controls, and growth.

Tavsif

  • Oversee financial management for Indonesia and one additional Southeast Asian market, covering budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and reporting
  • Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
  • Manage month-end and year-end close activities
  • Evaluate financial performance and recommend actions to senior leadership
  • Track working capital, costs, controls, and financial risks
  • Maintain relationships with auditors, banks, and other external stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to Indonesian tax regulations and statutory obligations
  • Oversee VAT, withholding tax, income tax, and other required filings
  • Direct tax audits, assessments, and responses to tax authorities
  • Coordinate with external tax advisors and government agencies
  • Provide tax planning and advisory guidance while preserving compliance
  • Track Indonesian tax law changes and evaluate their business implications
  • Identify tax risks and opportunities, advising management on liabilities and business strategies
  • Coordinate periodic tax reviews and tax preparation with outsourced tax agencies
  • Equip senior management with financial and tax analysis
  • Lead, coach, and develop the finance team
  • Coordinate with regional finance teams on intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, and global finance policies
  • Work cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, HR, Legal, and other teams
  • Advise local and regional leaders on financial and tax risks and opportunities
  • Strengthen finance processes, procedures, and controls
  • Serve as the local finance liaison for APAC and global tax, financial controls, Group Audit, and GAAP compliance matters
  • Support finance and tax projects assigned by senior leadership

Talablar

  • Substantial finance and accounting experience with a strong foundation in financial management
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, compliance, and processes
  • Demonstrated experience handling tax audits, assessments, and disputes
  • Strong command of IFRS and Indonesian or other applicable local accounting standards
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and month-end close
  • Solid understanding of intercompany transactions and transfer pricing
  • Ability to assess financial and tax risks and deliver practical management recommendations
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering capabilities
  • Experience managing and developing finance teams
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with regional and global finance teams and external advisors
  • Clear communication skills, including the ability to explain complex financial and tax topics
  • CPA qualification preferred but not mandatory
