Tavsif

  • Design and troubleshoot network services across cloud, on-premises, shared-service, mission, and security-domain environments.
  • Keep communications reliable across deployment environments while maintaining segmentation, access controls, security boundaries, and connectivity protections.
  • Build and support routing, DNS, load balancing, ingress, egress, and segmentation across cloud and on-premises networks.
  • Engineer and maintain links between AWS classified cloud environments and on-premises infrastructure.
  • Enable connectivity among shared services, tenant environments, mission systems, and external dependencies.
  • Design and troubleshoot network paths across varied deployment locations and infrastructure.
  • Coordinate AWS Direct Connect or equivalent enterprise connectivity solutions.
  • Assess network dependencies and connectivity needs for new and evolving platform capabilities.
  • Work with cybersecurity teams to implement approved network segmentation and Zero Trust patterns.
  • Coordinate firewall, proxy, boundary, and controlled-interface needs across technical teams.
  • Support connections to cross-domain services while respecting the ownership of Cross-Domain Solution specialists.
  • Document network dependencies, approved traffic flows, ports, protocols, and connectivity needs.
  • Account for security controls and boundary requirements in network designs.
  • Resolve complex network and application connectivity problems across hybrid environments.
  • Support Kubernetes networking, service mesh, load balancers, and platform ingress and egress.
  • Provide Tier 3 and Tier 4 support, troubleshoot incidents, analyze root causes, and perform scheduled maintenance.
  • Track network capacity, latency, availability, and recurring connectivity problems, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Work with application, platform, cloud, security, and infrastructure teams to resolve cross-domain issues.
  • Support network lifecycle work as environments, tenants, and platform capabilities change.

Talablar

  • Hold an active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
  • Have approximately 6–10 years of experience in enterprise, data-center, cloud, or hybrid networking.
  • Have at least 6 years of experience with a bachelor's degree; an additional 4 years may be considered in place of a degree.
  • Bring strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, DNS, firewalls, proxies, and load balancing.
  • Have demonstrated experience with AWS networking.
  • Have experience supporting hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Have experience troubleshooting complex network, application, and infrastructure dependencies.
  • Bring strong technical documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Have experience with AWS Direct Connect.
  • Have experience with Kubernetes networking.
  • Have experience with Istio or comparable service mesh technologies.
  • Have experience supporting classified network environments.
  • Have experience with cross-domain interfaces or services.
  • Have experience using Infrastructure as Code for network configuration and provisioning.
  • Have experience with network automation and configuration management.
