  • Track commercial activity by generating and updating KPIs.
  • Present KPI results to commercial leaders and help shape follow-up action plans.
  • Review CRM data and identify data quality actions.
  • Use historical and current KPI data to build business forecasts.
  • Analyze historical results to identify Salesforce optimization opportunities.
  • Segment clients and products to guide resource allocation strategies.
  • Prepare reports that reveal portfolio trends.

Talablar

  • At least one year of experience in data or business analytics.
  • Advanced SQL skills for extracting and normalizing data across multiple databases.
  • Expert Excel skills for ETL, data transformation, and complex business analysis.
  • Proficiency in Power BI with DAX or Tableau for automating reports and data models.
  • Ability to build internal applications and low-code tools to automate business workflows.
  • Strong UX/UI design skills for creating professional, intuitive business interfaces.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce for sales pipeline and performance analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
